Folding Boom Crane Operator Certification Course

Get certified to operate folding boom (knuckle boom) cranes up to 22 tonnes in BC. This 5-day program at Bigfoot Crane Academy in Abbotsford combines classroom theory, Level 1 Rigger certification and hands-on training on real cranes, finishing with your Full Scope (Level A) assessment by an independent Fulford Certification assessor on day 5.

Why Get Your Folding Boom Crane Operator Certification Training From Bigfoot Academy?

Certified in one week, no sponsor needed. Most new operators need an employer to sponsor a supervised Provisional (Level B) card and build experience on the job first. Our course gives you the instruction and seat time to go straight to the Full Scope assessment on the last day of the course.

Our program includes a Fulford Level 1 Rigger certification and hands-on practice with certified instructors on the equipment you’ll use on the job.

37.5+ hours of training: 2 days classroom theory, 2 days hands-on practical, and your Level A assessment on day 5.
